16 Miles and done.
I'm cheating and adding Sunday to my weekly mileage count. 5 more miles added at Fremont Older today. It's very exposed, but that park is a fun place to run around.

Miki's trail running bloggedy blog has morphed into more of a Miki's inane ramblings as she is recovering from various injuries bloggedy blog instead. But the goal is Mt Diablo 50k in 2009 and 100 miler in 2010. That's conservative yes?

I always put both weekend days in my "weekly" total since I don't always know which day I will get my long run in. If I use the previous Sunday through Saturday then I will inevitably have weekly mileages skewed with two long runs for the week and/or no long runs for the week.
16 miles...sounds like you are on the comeback trail.
