Had a special sneak preview of the Western States 100 2008 Program Guide today. Page 12 baby! Page 12!!!!There's a large photo of the Devil's Slide volunteer crew from last year and who stands somewhere in the middle, but little unassuming me. Pretty cool! I swear...it's a sign...
And speaking of gods, I am now an official Zombie Runner. My first day working for Gillian and Don started today and I am very excited to get to help them get their retail venue off the ground, not to mention just basking in all kinds of running gear. Opening date still TBD.

congratulations! have fun working with don and gillian. i'll be sure to stop by and grab a few things. congrats too on your 8k. i am so glad that you're back training. it's great to have someone who's a jolt of energy on the trail. :) BTW, where is the retail store going to be at?

Congrats on the work. I am SO going to be spending my plenty of time and money at that place when it opens.
You know, I thought it would be easy to control myself in the store since I am doing such small mileage right now I don't need much. But each day it seems to be getting harder and harder not to put things on my "get it!" list. :)
ryc: hehe... i run really only for one reason, food!!! hard to justify all the food i eat without running excessively. :P
