Miki's trail running bloggedy blog has morphed into more of a Miki's inane ramblings as she is recovering from various injuries bloggedy blog instead. But the goal is Mt Diablo 50k in 2009 and 100 miler in 2010. That's conservative yes?
poor thing. i hope everything's OK with you. what's gonig on, if you don't mind me asking? even if you are not running, it'll still be great to see you at sequoia. toni's doing the 20k and i am the 50k. she's also going to volunteer after her race. i also signed up for angel island this weekend last night. a friend of mine's also running it. i'm already looking forward to the bbq after the run. :) have a nice 4th of july weekend.

it sucks to have the race cancelled last minute. it'll be there next year.
